“Do you think Housemeister would’ve been heart broken?” was a question poised to me shortly before I arrived at Villa. It was one worth considering too. At what was initially advertised as a headline gig for the Berlin based producer/DJ/artist on his first visit to our fine land mass, the “special guest” for the night (whos identity didn’t take a great deal of brain matter to pick) was surely the major selling point for the majority of the capacity crowd and this resulted in the “rebel without a pause” filling the warm up slot. Whatever their reasons for attending, electro lovers were in for a rocking party on yet another music saturated Friday night (go Perth!). Break it down for the full review.
